LEKI Australia Ltd — Terms of Service

1. General

By purchasing a LEKI electric motorcycle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). LEKI Australia Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders

Orders are confirmed once a deposit has been received. Final payment must be made in full before delivery or collection of the motorcycle. Title and risk in the motorcycle do not transfer to the purchaser until payment has been received in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery

Delivery can be arranged through a certified private motorcycle transport company with full door-to-door insurance. Alternatively, purchasers may collect their motorcycle from our Adelaide facility. Delivery costs are additional unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty

New LEKI motorcycles come with:

• A 2-year manufacturer warranty covering factory defects, and

• A 2-year or 1000-cycle battery warranty (whichever occurs first).

Warranty claims must be lodged with LEKI Australia Ltd directly and are subject to inspection. Wear-and-tear items such as tyres, brake pads, and suspension are not covered unless a factory fault is identified.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEKI Australia Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our motorcycles, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. No Association

LEKI Australia Ltd is an independent company and has no association, affiliation, or commercial relationship with Braaap Motorcycles, Brad Smith, or any related entity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
