LEKI AUSTRALIA LTD – TEST RIDE RELEASE AND INDEMNITY FORM

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in a test ride of a LEKI electric motorbike involves inherent risks,  including but not limited to: loss of control, collisions, mechanical failure, personal injury, or death.  I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my actions and safety during the test ride.

2. Licence and Competency

I declare that:
- I am over 18 years of age.
- I hold a valid motorcycle licence applicable in my state/territory.
- I am competent and experienced in operating a motorcycle.
- I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair my ability to ride.

3. Vehicle Responsibility

I agree to operate the motorcycle with due care and in accordance with road rules.  I will return the motorcycle in the condition it was provided.  I accept liability for any loss or damage caused during the test ride, including to the motorcycle, third-party property, or persons.

4. Indemnity and Waiver

I release and indemnify LEKI Australia Ltd, its directors, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims,  demands, actions, or liability arising from injury, death, or damage sustained during or as a result of the test ride.  This waiver extends to all claims whether arising under statute, common law, or otherwise.

5. Insurance

I understand that LEKI test rides may not be covered by comprehensive insurance  and I am responsible for any uninsured losses or liabilities.
