Refund policy
1. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, you must notify LEKI Australia Ltd in writing.

Before Production/Shipment: If your motorcycle has not yet entered production or been shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit and any payments made.
2. Refunds After Delivery
Refunds after delivery are only provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law, such as:

A major failure that cannot be repaired,

A serious manufacturing defect, or
-
The product is not as described.
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once the motorcycle has been delivered or collected.
3. Returning a Motorcycle (If Eligible)
If a refund is approved:

The motorcycle must be returned in substantially the same condition it was delivered, with minimal mileage.

The buyer is responsible for arranging return transportation unless otherwise agreed.

Any damage or excessive wear may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Process for Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing to getonaleki@lekielectric.com and will be processed within 14 business days upon return and inspection of the motorcycle (if applicable).
