Refund policy

1. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, you must notify LEKI Australia Ltd in writing.

  • Before Production/Shipment: If your motorcycle has not yet entered production or been shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit and any payments made.

2. Refunds After Delivery

Refunds after delivery are only provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law, such as:

  • A major failure that cannot be repaired,

  • A serious manufacturing defect, or

  • The product is not as described.

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once the motorcycle has been delivered or collected.

3. Returning a Motorcycle (If Eligible)

If a refund is approved:

  • The motorcycle must be returned in substantially the same condition it was delivered, with minimal mileage.

  • The buyer is responsible for arranging return transportation unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any damage or excessive wear may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Process for Refunds

All refund requests must be made in writing to getonaleki@lekielectric.com and will be processed within 14 business days upon return and inspection of the motorcycle (if applicable).
